Biography: Julie Nicolas is an Executive Board Member at the ACI UK Financial Markets Association and Head of Project for next year’s 65th Annual ACI World Congress which will take place in London. She’s also a Senior Advisor to the International Capital Market Association (ICMA). Previously she co-founded The Finance Hive where she was the Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer, building a global network of buy side and corporate Heads of Trading, investment bank, stock exchange and technology solution provider senior professionals across FX, Fixed Income, Equities and Digital Assets Trading – spanning the US, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. With earlier leadership roles at the Financial Times and TradeTech, she has launched, led and delivered bespoke events and large-scale conferences worldwide connecting decision-makers, driving market structure evolution, and delivering platforms that spark collaboration, change, and transparency.
