: Natalia Bucci is Portfolio Manager and Head of Fixed Income at Alken Asset Management, where she oversees Convertible Bond and Income Opportunities strategies. Previously, she was Co-Head and Senior Portfolio Manager of Convertible Bond Strategies at Lombard Odier Investment Management. Before joining Lombard Odier, Natalia spent 14 years at JPMorgan Asset Management in London, ultimately serving as Global Head of Convertible Bonds and Capital Structure Strategies within the Global Multi-Asset Solutions team, where she managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios across multiple strategies. She began her career in the Investment Strategy Group within Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs in New York. Alongside her executive career, Natalia serves as a Non-Executive Director of BPER Banca Private Cesare Ponti in Italy. She holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University and is a CFA charterholder. She is also a co-founder of the Bloomberg Women Buy-Side Network Europe.
